Middle School Faculty Profiles

Our teachers are highly qualified and passionate about what they do. For the 2015-2016 school year, ISM will have 92 teachers who have come to Yangon from the United States,Canada,Great Britain,Australia, New Zealand, France, China,The Philippines,India and Guatemala. Over 80 Myanmar assistant teachers work to help ensure that all students are engaged in personalized learning.

More than 65% of our high school faculty hold advanced degrees, and all ISM teachers and administrators regularly engage in a range of regular professional development opportunities offered at ISM. ISM is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges(WASC) and is a member of East Asian Regional Council for Overseas Schools (EARCOS), which provides professional development opportunities.
